Callaloo-Yareli


1. The Callaloo is from the Caribbean with variants in Guyana, Barbados, Grenada, Haiti, Dominica, and Jasmaica.

3. The Callaloo is used to make food like the Pepperpot Soup and drinks like the callaloo juice. Taro also called dasheen in the West Indies the leaves of this root crop are used in the Trinidadian version of the dish.
